This catalogue was been produced to accompany a comprehensive overview of Horns work presented at the Whitney Museum in 2009. The structure of this two-volume publication was developed by Horn and includes an insightful essay by Briony Fer, many plate sections of works in the exhibition, the subject index, and texts on a variety of topics related to Horns work by prominent artists, critics, curators, and cultural figures. In addition, the subject index includes Horns own writing, which is illuminating and engaging for those with a longstanding interest in her work, as well as for people encountering it for the first time.
